01Acceptance of Terms
By using the Botex Discord bot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.
02Acceptable Use
You must use the bot in accordance with Discord’s rules and terms, the rules of any server where it is installed, and applicable laws. Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or interfere with the bot.
03Availability
Botex is provided “as is.” Service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, errors, hosting issues, or third-party services. Continuous operation and uninterrupted availability of every feature are not guaranteed.
04Music Content and Third-Party Services
Music-related features may depend on external platforms, their policies, availability, and limitations. Users are responsible for complying with those platforms’ terms and the rights associated with the content they use.
05Changes and Termination
Features may be changed or removed. Access to the bot may be restricted in cases of misuse or violations of these terms.
06Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Botex operator is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or interruptions resulting from the use of the bot or third-party services.
07Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated. The revised version will be published on this page with a new update date.
